For more than fifteen years our work has come from the same streets, the same architects and the same families who recommend us on. That is not an accident; it is the business model. Not a sales office, not a rotating site supervisor. Omar is the builder behind True North Construction, and he runs every project personally: pricing it honestly, walking the site through every stage, and answering his own phone from the first consult to well after handover.
It is the reason TNC takes on a handful of projects at a time rather than dozens, and the reason clients who built with us five years ago still call him first when they are planning the next one.
